"Dear Cassie, Thank you for your call yesterday regarding the replacement door delivery. As confirmed, it arrived on Thu 2nd July instead of 3rd. It was fitted yesterday. There was a marginal colour variation, but it could be expected considering different batch. Primarily, it arrived!
