Firstly I am so sorry this email has taken a long time being sent but as they say better late than never.

So - as you may remember I ordered 2 doors end of October and was immediately informed that you only had one in stock but were expecting further supplies the following week. You also sent me ideas for alternative doors that you had in stock at that time. As I had really liked my original choice I said I would wait, which is what I did.  True to your word further supplies were delivered to your warehouse and so my order was complete.

I telephoned and delivery was arranged and as promised delivery was made not only on the day promised but at the time promised.

For various reasons my doors have only just been installed but I wanted to let you know that they look stunning they really do and the quality is outstanding. Even the joiner commented on the quality and style of the doors. My daughter in law has got her eye on them so wouldn't be surprised if she ordered them too.

In conclusion I want to say that the service, delivery and product itself have been excellent and you are by far the most reliable company I have dealt with for a long time.

I hope the owner gets to read my email as his workforce are truly first class. I have dealt with a couple of ladies and obviously the delivery driver and you have all been courteous and extremely helpful - you are a credit to Oakwood Doors.

It just remains for me to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and successful New Year.

I recently order 4 doors. On the first delivery the factory had made a picking error and three of the doors were incorrect spec. However I must thank you for your prompt action in getting these replaced. Please also pass on my thanks to your delivery driver who delivered them to us at seven o'clock this morning as requested, allowing us to continue with our friday plans uninterrupted. Dear Cassie,

Thank you for your call yesterday regarding the replacement door delivery. As confirmed, it arrived on Thu 2nd July instead of 3rd. It was fitted yesterday. There was a marginal colour variation, but it could be expected considering different batch. Primarily, it arrived! Once again, many thanks for all your assistance and especially the follow up, much appreciated. I already have recommended Oakwood doors to others and will continue to do so.
