Our process for creating your bespoke door is straightforward and efficient. Simply follow these steps on the product detail page:

How Do I Order a Bespoke Door?
To order, simply choose the bespoke door that suits your fancy. In the "Size mm" box, check "Bespoke Door." Beneath that, you'll be able to fill in boxes for the height, width, and thickness of your door. Then add it to your cart. Once you place your order, we'll handle the rest.
What Are the Maximum Dimensions for Your Bespoke Doors?
Our internal oak doors can be made up to a maximum height of 2250 mm and a maximum width of 930 mm. For larger doors please contact sales@oakwooddoors.co.uk for a quote. Check the product specifications for additional information.
Do You Offer Installation Services for Your Doors?

How Do I Maintain the Finish on My Bespoke Door?
For prefinished doors, regular cleaning with a soft cloth and mild detergent will keep them looking new. For unfinished doors, follow the maintenance instructions for the specific stain or paint used.
Can you Trim Down a Bespoke Door?
These doors are designed and crafted to exact specifications to fit a particular space precisely. Although many manufacturers have some type of trimming allowance, this varies. It's best to check with us before attempting to trim a bespoke door, as altering its dimensions after manufacturing may compromise its structural integrity and design features.
How Long Does it Take to Produce a CAD Drawing Design Door Design for Me to Check and Sign Off?
It will take approximately one week.
What Happens Once the CAD Drawings Are Checked-Off and Signed?
Once the CAD drawings are approved, we will put your door into production.
How Long Will My Bespoke Door Take to Be Produced?
Bespoke lead time is estimated between 16 - 20 weeks, however, this is an estimate only and the company shall not be liable for the consequences of any delay.
Can I Receive a Refund on My Bespoke Doors?
No, once production has started on the order we are unable to accept your cancellation.
We would ask that you ensure measurements and finish are correct and accurate before proceeding with any orders.
Can I Receive a Specific Date When My Bespoke Doors Will Be Ready?
All bespoke lead times are estimated dates at the time of ordering and are not confirmed warehouse dates.

- We have a simple four step process to provide you with a custom door to your exact specifications, all within 20 weeks.
- Pick a door
- Talk to one of our experts and choose a door from out huge range. They can help you to tailor the look and style of your new bespoke door to your home.
- Select your size
- We understand every home is different so provide us with the dimensions you need and we'll adjust the door to fit. Our bespoke sizes have a maximum height of 2440mm and maximum width of 1220mm on XL Joinery Products) and LPD offer 2800 mm h x 1200 mm wide.
- Choose a veneer
