"Good morning Oakwood Doors staff Firstly I am so sorry this email has taken a long time being sent but as they say better late than never. So - as you may remember I ordered 2 doors end of October and was immediately informed that you only had one in stock but were expecting further supplies the following week. You also sent me ideas for alternative doors that you had in stock at that time. As I had really liked my original choice I said I would wait, which is what I did. True to your word further supplies were delivered to your warehouse and so my order was complete. I telephoned and delivery was arranged and as promised delivery was made not only on the day promised but at the time promised. For various reasons my doors have only just been installed but I wanted to let you know that they look stunning they really do and the quality is outstanding. Even the joiner commented on the quality and style of the doors. My daughter in law has got her eye on them so wouldn't be surprised if she ordered them too. In conclusion I want to say that the service, delivery and product itself have been excellent and you are by far the most reliable company I have dealt with for a long time. I hope the owner gets to read my email as his workforce are truly first class. I have dealt with a couple of ladies and obviously the delivery driver and you have all been courteous and extremely helpful - you are a credit to Oakwood Doors.
