Trimming and Installation
The Sydney has a 20mm lipping and can be trimmed by up to 8mm from any edge. Any trimmed edges must be finished with a suitable polyurethane varnish. LPD recommends a Hi-Build, microporous product that is not quick-drying to help prevent waterlogging.
The door is supplied at 1981mm high and 35mm thick in three popular imperial widths. Handles, hinges, latches and other door furniture are not included. We recommend fitting the Sydney internal door with three good-quality hinges suitable for its 30kg approximate weight.

- Vehicle access: tell us before booking about narrow lanes, low bridges, weight or width restrictions, tight turns, restricted parking or loading-bay requirements. Large vehicles, including 18-tonne vehicles, may be used.
If a smaller vehicle or special arrangement is needed, we will check availability and any additional charge before booking. Re-delivery charges may apply if nobody is present, unloading assistance is unavailable or undisclosed access restrictions prevent delivery.
