NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY – £150 INC VAT

This service will appear at checkout if your delivery postcode is covered.

• Order before 11.30am Monday–Friday: delivery the next working day.
• Order after 11.30am: processed the next working day, with delivery the working day after processing.
• Weekend orders: processed Monday for Tuesday delivery, unless Monday is a bank holiday.
• No processing or deliveries on weekends or bank holidays.

Please provide your full delivery address and any access restrictions before the processing cut-off. Restricted access may require special arrangements and affect next working day availability.

POSTCODE EXCLUSIONS

• Excluded from free door delivery and Next Working Day Delivery:
  AB, DG, DD, FK8, G63, G82–G84, HS, IV1, IV40, KA27, KW1, KW15, KY, PA1, PA20, PH and ZE.
• Additional Next Working Day Delivery exclusions:
  EX, TA, TQ, TR and PL.

BEFORE YOUR DOORS ARRIVE

• Delivery hours: standard deliveries usually take place between 7am and 5pm.
• Someone must be present: an adult aged 18 or over must accept and sign for the goods. Doors cannot be left unattended.
• Unloading assistance: this is a one-driver service. Please arrange for a capable adult to help unload the doors.
• Ground floor only: drivers cannot carry doors upstairs or to upper-floor flats. Courier deliveries may be kerbside only.
• Vehicle access: tell us before booking about narrow lanes, low bridges, weight or width restrictions, tight turns, restricted parking or loading-bay requirements. Large vehicles, including 18-tonne vehicles, may be used.

If a smaller vehicle or special arrangement is needed, we will check availability and any additional charge before booking. Re-delivery charges may apply if nobody is present, unloading assistance is unavailable or undisclosed access restrictions prevent delivery.

IRONMONGERY & PAINT – 72-HOUR DELIVERY

When ordered separately, ironmongery and paint are usually delivered within 72 hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays, subject to stock availability.

• Ironmongery orders of £150 or more: FREE standard UK delivery.
• Ironmongery orders below £150: £15 delivery.
• Paint: any delivery charge is shown at checkout.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the items to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery & Collection charge).

Doors cannot be returned under the 14 day rule once unpacked unless the product is faulty. Cancellation must be in writing or by e-mail.
