The LPD Doors Hardwood Stable Straight Top Unglazed 9L M&T External Door combines traditional stable-door character with a distinctive nine-light unglazed design and straight-top profile. Nine unglazed apertures sit above an inset lower panel, giving you the flexibility to choose suitable glazing separately while creating a classic entrance with excellent potential for natural light.
Manufactured with a red hardwood veneer face over a solid engineered core, the door uses traditional Mortice & Tenon (M&T) construction to create tight-fitting, strong and durable joints. Supplied untreated, it can be personalised using a suitable exterior paint or stain to complement the property.
The door is 44mm thick with 12mm lipping and provides a Trimming Allowance of 6mm off any edge, giving useful flexibility during installation. Any trimmed or machined areas must be fully sealed as part of the finishing process.

Delivery and Collection
The Hardwood Stable Straight Top Unglazed 9L External Door is available for delivery throughout most of mainland UK. Standard deliveries take place Monday to Friday, normally between 7am and 5pm, and usually take approximately 3–6 working days subject to stock and location.
Next-working-day delivery may be available on selected stocked sizes and postcodes when ordered before 11:30am. The price is available on application.
Collection is available on most stocked products from Hunslet, Leeds, LS10 2RJ. Orders must be paid for first, with at least two hours’ notice and a confirmed collection reference.

Finishing and Installation
This external door is supplied untreated and must be fully decorated promptly after unpacking and before installation. Sand away handling marks or variations and remove all dust before priming or sealing.
Both faces, all edges and any areas cut for handles, locks, hinges, letter plates or other ironmongery must be fully sealed. Use a suitable proprietary branded exterior stain or paint and follow the finish manufacturer’s application instructions.
Important: LPD advises that its external joinery is not suitable for varnishes, waxes, polishes, dyes, oils including Danish Oil, yacht varnish or lacquers, as these finishes do not provide the required protection.
External timber doors require ongoing inspection and maintenance. In exposed locations, a suitable hood, canopy or porch can help protect the decorative finish and extend the life of the door.

- Unloading assistance: this is a one-driver service. Please arrange for a capable adult to help unload the doors.
- Ground floor only: drivers cannot carry doors upstairs or to upper-floor flats. Courier deliveries may be kerbside only.
- Vehicle access: tell us before booking about narrow lanes, low bridges, weight or width restrictions, tight turns, restricted parking or loading-bay requirements. Large vehicles, including 18-tonne vehicles, may be used.
If a smaller vehicle or special arrangement is needed, we will check availability and any additional charge before booking. Re-delivery charges may apply if nobody is present, unloading assistance is unavailable or undisclosed access restrictions prevent delivery.
