Each door set comes complete with hardwood frame, threshold, weather seal, lift off security hinges and the locking system pack. Door Sets Lead Time : 10 to 14 working days approx. Features Include : Shootbolt 3 way Multi-Point Locking Sustem Security Hinges Vectis locking system for added security available in a choice of Brass or Polished Chrome. Stormguard trimline threshold. Weather bar / rain deflector. Optional Letter plate. When Adding to your Cart any of the Door Sets we need to know the following :

• Add your Door Style and Size to your cart from the featured doors shown in the Pre Hung Door Set category.
•  Choose Your locking System.
• Choose if you require the Contempoary Doorset which comes with a choice of 600mm or 1200mm long chrome barrel handles and a Nightlatch and Deadbolt Locking System.  Doorset recommended on Siena, Turin, Modena, Suffolk and Padova external doors only.  This is due to where the lock fits into the door.  We can not fit this type of handle with lock into where glass is at the end of the stiles.
•  Choose your letter plate Options.
•  Choose your hinge fitting options as viewed from the outside (Hinges on the Right or Left).
•  Choose how the Door Will Open In or Out (as viewed from the outside). * We cannot be held responsible for door sets manufactured correctly as per the choices on the form, or checkout procedure.

Additional Selling Features : Saves hours of joinery time when installing the product. Factory manufactured cut-outs for locks, handles, hinges and letter plates. Robust packaging.

The Pre Hung Doorsets complys to the following standards : BS6375 Part 1 : Weather Tightness (when finished to XL's recommended pre-finishing standard). Use High Build Exterior Wood Stains.

Part L : Conservation of fuel and power (U Values). This relates to the use of suitablly insulated materials and components (ie., doors).

Part M : Access to and use of buildings (Only doors which are 32" and above).

Part N : Glazing Safety. Doorset Options : Brass Multi Point Lock with 2 Hook Mechanism. Brass Double Locking Nightlatch and 5 cylinder Mortice Deadlock. Brass Stable Double Locking Nightlatch and 5 Cylinder Mortice Deadlock. Gold Anodized Optional Letter Plate. Chrome Multi Point Lock with 2 Hook Mechanism. Chrome Double Locking Nightlatch and 5 cylinder Mortice Deadlock. Satin Anodized Optional Letter Plate.

• Free Delivery in Green areas of the Map over £600.00 see map. 
• Green Areas of the Delivery Map - Less than £600 delivery is £39 inc. vat. 
• Yellow areas on the map -  £50 for the 1st item & £5 per additional item.

All product Description Codes with "XL" or "LPD" ordered and paid for, before Tuesday 10am within the Green Area of the Delivery Map (stock allowing) will be delivered the same week, unless we have stated otherwise. The couriers will contact the customer direct to confirm the delivery date. All product Description Codes with "JB" or "Mendes" will be delivered within 10 working days, unless we have stated otherwise.

• SPRAY FINISHING For items that do not come pre finished and you have added pre finishing to your order please add additional lead time of 14 working days.  Any queries please contact Sales on Tel : 01484 643394.
• WINDOWS - High Performance Timber Windows - These are not held in stock at Oakwood Doors.  We need to order these in on a one week lead time. Delivery 14 working days approx. Please contact sales Tel: 01484 643394 for further information.
• Pre Hung Door sets & High Performance Door sets lead time 14 working days approx.
• Handles & Ironmongery orders (UK) : Orders processed and paid for before 2pm are Standard next day delivery. Orders over £150.00 FREE Standard UK delivery next day.  Orders less than £150.00 carriage charge of £10 applies.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the items to us in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery & Collection charge).

Doors cannot be returned under the 7 day rule once unpacked unless the product is faulty. Cancellation must be in writing or by e-mail.

If you have ordered a spray finish for your doors and this work is in process or finished we are unable to offer a refund.

If you have ordered a Pre Hung Door Set to your specification we are unable to offer a refund.
